Black Lady
In episode 085, Wiseman fills ChibiUsa's head with exaggerations, twisting and warping her memories to the point that she believes that no one loves her. She grows into the evil Black Lady, and attempts to destroy the senshi. Eventually, Sailor Moon transforms into Neo Queen Serenity and revives ChibiUsa's memories so that she reverts back to her normal form.

Small Lady
In episode 88, the Maboroshi no Ginzuishou of the future appears in ChibiUsa's tear. She asks for its help, and is immediately transformed into her princess form, as Small Lady. Together with Neo Queen Serenity and the Ginzuishou of the past, they destroy Wiseman.

Sailor ChibiMoon
In the third season of Sailor Moon, ChibiUsa returns to the past to train as a soldier with the Sailor Senshi (per Neo Queen Serenity's request). We first see her as Sailor ChibiMoon, the soldier-in-training, in episode 103. Sailor Chibi Moon is the senshi form of ChibiUsa. After saving the future Crystal Tokyo alongside Sailor Moon, Neo-Queen Serenity sends ChibiUsa to the past to train to be a Sailor Senshi with Sailor Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon, like Sailor Moon is the senshi of the Moon. She fights along side Sailor Moon and learns from her how to be the defender of Love and Justice as well as lead the other senshi. Sailor Chibi Moon is obviously not as powerful as Sailor Moon, but in time she will grow to be just as powerful, if not more than her mother.

Super Sailor ChibiMoon
In episode 128, the first episode of the fourth season, Pegasus appears to ChibiUsa in her dreams. Later in the episode, she wishes that someone would help her and Sailor Moon, lest they die at the hands of the enemy. Suddenly, Pegasus appears before them and allows them to transform into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor ChibiMoon. Later on, he gives the two new brooches with which to transform. Super Sailor Chibi Moon is a more powerful form of Sailor Chibi Moon. In the fourth season, "Sailor Moon SuperS," Sailor Chibi Moon calls upon the power of Pegasus to transform her and Sailor Moon into their Super forms. Her fuku changes in that she gets a see through layer on her sleves, she gets a yellow stripe along her pink stripe on her skirt, she gets feathers in her hair, and she gets moons on her boots.

Princess Serenity of the Crystal Millinium

Princess Serenity of the Crystal Millinium is the crown Princess of Crystal Tokyo. She is the daughter of King Endymion and Neo-Queen Serenity. Crystal Tokyo is in the 30th Century, and that's where Serenity lives with her family, and their guardians. Due to that Serenity has the same name as her mother, she goes by Small Lady, and is also called Small Rabbit or ChibiUsa. She is brought up very well, and was trained on how to be a good Princess, and future leader from birth. Small Lady develops a very good friendship with the solitary senshi of time, Sailor Pluto, whom she affectionately calls "Puu". When Crystal Tokyo is attacked, and her Mother and Father are out for the count, Small Lady takes it upon herself to go to the past to get help to save her world. She first appears in the second half of the second season, "Sailor Moon R."
