Fremont Park is situated opposite to the Elizabeth City Centre and is ideally placed to serve both the local and surrounding area. We always see people walking in the park no matter what the time of day. Although the Fremont is smaller than other parks one doesn’t trip over other people when there.

The trails go in several directions and can be accessed from different carparks. The trails crisscross the park with an openness by local housing at one end and the main function area at the other. There is are ducks on the lake and waterfall at the main end. |

There is a large playground at Fremont and when we visit with our grandson he enjoys using the equipment. Although the park is shorter and offers a smaller workout, when we go with our grandson there is very much weight work.
